Commitment to client service

Dave was my attorney for my divorce. It was not an easy case, but Dave was quick to grasp the complications and nuances of the case right from the beginning He was a 100% advocate on my behalf and was extremely supportive, while at the same time always presenting me with an honest and realistic assessment of the various dimensions and options of the case. My spouse was pretty unresponsive in terms of providing customary information, was in no hurry to move things along, and felt she was entitled to everything and more. Dave persisted in representing my interests in coming to a satisfactory resolution, and in the end my now-ex and I were able to work out a reasonable settlement agreement without the enormous expense of a full-blown court case (even though Dave was fully prepared to take this one to court if that had been the best solution). Dave’s commitment to client service was punctuated by his hanging in there and helping me work through a ridiculous post-settlement issue in which ex was refusing to go along with a clearly stated provision of the settlement agreement. Dave was an enthusiastic, insightful, understanding, and very effective advocate for me throughout the whole process.
